The Star

I cannot believe this story. It first starts out by talking about burnning stars and visiting other planets wondering if life is possible and ends up talking about if there is a Godwhy would he kill people with stars exploding or there is not a god and the stars are just naterally exploding. Before we all discussed this story in class I really didnt comprehend much of the story but, it makes all the sense in the world now. I cant understand how the author could actually write this story and send the ideas he does in the story. If there are any other planets in the solar system are they as sofisticated as we are? how long have the been alive? Are they humans? what do they think about us? all these questions I did not have before we discussed the story
